At Golden Mart, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is:

• Damaged upon delivery, or

• Expired at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or expired product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To process your return request, kindly provide the following:

• A clear photo of the product showing the issue

• Your order number and delivery date

• A brief description of the issue
